Grazing

We’ve been doing adaptive rotational grazing since 2007 on 42 acres of certified organic pasture.

We raise strictly grass-fed cattle for beef, and sell it to customers in quarters, halves and wholes.  We breed Scottish Highlander crosses, with some Pinzgauer, Dexter, Hereford and American Aberdeen thrown in. We’re selecting for animals that thrive on pasture and hay, and are hardy in our conditions.
